I was extremely frustrated when I went to purchase 3 charms and 3 spacers. I was told I would get 2 free bracelets since I was spending over $200.

The problem was, once I paid for them, I was told I would have to come and pick the items up in about a week. What?? I paid for the purchase in FULL! Why would I have to leave items I had already paid for in the store?!

I would have understood if they wanted me to come back for the 'free' items, but NOT the items I had already paid for. After much discussion, and rude employees, I told them to refund my purchase.

(The staff member who actually helped me, Veronica, was very nice. She was the ONLY one that was understanding.)

Reason of review: Unable to take items I had paid for.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

It seems like you participated in their pre-sale , where you get to take advantage of the free bracelet event perks before the actual event started . In that case it is like a layaway program even though you paid in full , because the event didnt start yet, you were unable to pick up your items that day .

Not pandora's fault . Thats policy .
